NICHIA(NIKKO)-Arc welding alloy Stellite NST-6

NST-6, -12, -1 are heat-resistant stellite alloys whose main components are Co, Cr, and W.
Stellite-coated arc welding rod with excellent corrosion and wear resistance.
① NST-6 has higher toughness and lower cracking susceptibility than NST-12 and NST-1.
Because of its hardness, it is used in the widest range of stellite alloys.
② NST-12 has lower hardness than NST-1, but it has toughness.
③ NST-1 has the highest hardness and wear resistance among stellite alloys.
Masu.
Application ① NST-6: Meat for high temperature and high pressure valve seats, forging molds, crushers, cutting blades, etc.
Mori welding.
② NST-12: High temperature pump shaft sleeve, cutter blade, liner sleeve, die, etc.
overlay welding.
③ NST-1: Overlaying of valve heads, high temperature pump seal rings, crusher parts, etc.
welding.
Work instructions Please re-dry the welding rod at 150-200℃ for 30-60 minutes before use.
① NST-6: Generally requires preheating to 150-300℃.
After welding, heating to 150-300℃ and slow cooling is effective in preventing cracking.
② NST-12, ③ NST-1: Generally, preheating to 300℃ or higher is required.
After welding, heating to 600℃ and slow cooling will help prevent cracking.
It's effective
